At Roarstore, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items. Simply ensure your sports apparel or equipment remains in its original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Roarstore account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
